Unions and other pro labor organizations should start a “talk about it campaign.”

One of the easiest way that management leverages the workers is with this entirely made up “tradition” of not discussing wages. This bullshit is rooted in the “don't tell people how much money you make” traditional graciousness, which is part of dinner party etiquette and Never meant to discourage workers from the discussion of wages and perks. Unions and the rest of us should encourage the discussion, I mean nationally advertising the thought that we all do better when we all know the score. How about it?
