I've been working at UPS as a preloader since about March, and I've gotten two raises since then thanks to the teamsters union. Across all of the jobs I've had, this is the only one where I actually feel like I'm being generously compensated for my effort, and given a wage I can actually live off of. Unions really do work, and we need to stand together and fight for more of them.
