Uniting staff to confront management

Hello, So I've been working for a non-profit that has an executive director and a program manager. Long story short, the way they treat/talk to staff is often super condescending and straight up disrespectful. In the last 3 years, they have lost over 10 staff, many do not want to get hired here because they hear how badly staff are treated, on top of that, we are grossly underpaid and overworked. Hello,

So I've been working for a non-profit that has an executive director and a program manager. Long story short, the way they treat/talk to staff is often super condescending and straight up disrespectful. In the last 3 years, they have lost over 10 staff, many do not want to get hired here because they hear how badly staff are treated, on top of that, we are grossly underpaid and overworked. We often work 10 hour shifts with no break and management doesn't seem to care.

Anyways, there are currently 4 of us, potentially 2 more staff, who want to get together to write up things we would like to stay to management. Currently, management needs us more than we need them. All of us who want to confront them have other job prospects, which is why we are not scared to lose our job over this. The nature of the job itself is very rewarding and it is great work. But how we are treated is awful. Any tips on how to approach this??
