University earns millions and millions yet forces PhD students to do free teaching assistant work. How do I passively fight back without losing my degree?

As the title suggests. I'm very close to finishing up my degree, but the school came up with a new regulation to force all PhD students to be teaching assistants FOR FREE WITHOUT ANY CHOICE. I just got assigned today for two classes. I don't want to risk losing everything I worked so hard for for the past four years, but I'm also just so upset. I already booked holiday plane tickets that's none refundable but don't know if I would have to stay in school during that time period as well. What can I do to fight back (P.S. the uni is not in the US so the laws are different)
