Well I view this sub from time to time and finally find myself in a fk work position. I recently lost pretty much everything from a situation with my ex so had to move in with a family member. I just took the first job I can get an off the books construction job. Anyway was working with this guy a few months and it was a nightmare. “He would tell me hey no work tomorrow, then call me at 9am alright come in I need you” Or hey be ready for 8 tomorrow the I would get a text at 7:30 am nevermind today no work. Besides all the random annoying shit like that. There came a point where he said he wasn’t paid for a job and asked if he can pay me next week. I said yes well he didn’t pay me for the next week either. Then he just stopped messaging me. Haven’t heard from him in weeks. Now I’m out of work and 2 weeks of money I guess. Can’t pay rent now I’m panicking on how fast I can get another job to pay bills get food etc. I know this is kind of my fault. But fuck people who try to take advantage of people like this. I wouldn’t expect the guy to be a scumbag like this
