To be as vague as possible, i have a few days i punched in late, noted in the app i was late, and discovered recently those punches were never corrected. I told my manager who said on slack “well those dates are out of cycle so its too late now, remember to punch in on time!” Im gonna talk to an employment lawyer Monday, but this is fully not legal, right?
