Seems more like you don't want to hire or pay someone but instead get free labor and any dollars you make off TikTok, it's pure profit. Honestly doing a revenue share model for this can be so effective but it seems as though the CEO is just being greedy. Unpaid internships are the worst thing in corporate America and should not exist.
