Update #2- My boss won’t let me wear my mask above my chin because it makes me look sick

It appears that I have won the argument. I had to work with her this morning and I made sure to wear my mask as I always do. Sure enough when she saw me wear the mask, she said, “Mask off now, before I take it off”. I have an audio recording of her saying it. My response was, “my health matters and I have a lung condition, it's in my medical records.” Which is the truth, by the way. She realized she couldn't argue with that and dropped the subject.

Until we got outside.

Three out of the five people that work at the store smoke, they usually go outside for smoke breaks and I'm allowed to tag along outside as a break despite the fact that I don't smoke.

When I'm outside I usually take my mask off because I'm outside, I'm not around people in an enclosed area.

She told me that when she tells me to do something I should do it and that she is not my neighbor, not my mother, she's my boss, which she has said multiple times before and she says this to basically everyone.

She also somehow came up with the conclusion that I had thought about my “excuse” because last time, I said I was wearing it because my nose was runny (which was true) and now I'm telling her that I have a lung condition (which is also true). So I'm not sure why she thought that they were excuses, but either way I'm pretty sure I won.

There was a write-up for insubordination but since I can't sign it since it's digital and I can't find it in my side, she had to go into it on her side and review it with me.

So this is the end of the updates for now, I will continue to update if anything changes, but this is hopefully the end of it.

I would just like to thank everybody who commented helpful things and were positive about this.
