Update! After complaining to IKEA HR about the store managers comments towards me in the weeks after the unexpected passing of my brother. (“move on and get over it”) I’m now under “random” peer review.

Original story TLDR: American working abroad Brother unexpectedly passed. Got 0 days bereavement leave. Took a paid vacation day to attended funeral.
