I emailed my boss about my review form, was denied that as she said “Because your review was never finalized, and you walked out, this demand is unwarranted and will not be met.”
She then included in her email that there was broken machine equipment, a few customers who were unhappy with orders and one mess-up order that were found after i left.
But the equipment was for a laser engraving piece that i told my bosses husband (boss #2) about that i found in March, i never touched it afterwords, bc duh it's expensive as hell (like $300 for the lense) I ain't gonna fuck shit up. But she claims i broke it and tried to glue it back together??
The others I'm not sure about, but there's also one from an order that didn't work out and had to be recorded, and it was $200 to replace it (they've had bigger cost to replace stuff from other employee mess ups but i digress)
Im not sure about the other orders or why they were messed up, i assume it's due to a shirt printer problem caused by the fact the machine to keep the ink set in the shirt was down so i had to use a bottle hand sprayer to apply it bc that's what i was told to do
She also said this in her email.
“I will be speaking with our Lawyer about recourse to collect from you for damages to equipment and merchandise.”
“It is illegal for us to withhold money from your paycheck, but we will be seeking payment from you for the damages.”
Im gonna try to find a lawyer but i make minimum wage and I don't want to have to borrow money from family.
I have already contacted people on r/legal-advice too.
