In my last post, I mentioned how the Fortune 500 company I work for can’t seem to ever pay me right. As I mentioned in that post, I already document my own hours everyday so I know exactly how much I’m owed each week and in this context, how much I’m short by each week.
I have tried going through my plant HR, I’ve gone to corporate HR, and I just recently sent in a complaint to the DOL and I’m hoping to hear something back soon.
As much as this situation already sucks, I’m kind of hoping my company drags their feet a bit longer so I can receive back pay for all these hours.
