I know some of yall were telling me to. And so I did. I'm an at will employee so they could make an excuse to fire me if they sniffed me out since I did it anonymously.
I never pried my supervisor about it, but we did talk today and we made amends. I let her know I wasn't mad at her and that she was only looking out for me basically. And i was pissed because its so hot in the warehouse and i wasnt able to pace myself. And if anything she's been working for us and has been screaming at mngt to make the pay higher since they can't keep cleaning workers. She also told me the cleaners get payed more than line workers??? Which… is odd…
And today she said someone called osha. And they said it was probably a previous maintenance employee since it was details about the entire building. All she was told by management was slip/fall hazards.
It's nice knowing I'm getting the last laugh at management by lighting a fire under their ass.
They've got till Friday to fix the shit. And so far. They've made decent progress. But in all honesty it should've been done years ago and they deserve fines.
