Welp… I got fired. The post made about being told that the comments I was making concerning refunds & how we can't be refusing refunds if it really is our fault is on my profile, idk how to link shit.
So I went into work today to open the store & my GM was there. Nothing too out of the ordinary, she likes to make sure stuff goes the right way.
But I go to the office to start doing the things, & she hands me a pen & points to a paper. It has my termination notice on it.
I was fired for not staying after my shift when I picked up the opening shift for another manager when no one would. I also apparently didn't do prep right & my earlier comments were very offensive to one of my AGM (Assistant General Manager) who had to be consoled after the fact.
I had been accused of stealing multiple times, not being a team player, not doing my job (which I wasn't even properly trained to do) & much more.
I'm really just done with it. I cried, I screamed, I sobbed, I fought. I tried everything to stay so I could pay my bills. I'm very easily going to become homeless in the next month, so that should be fun.
