USA employment question in regards to the intersection between restaurant jobs and getting 0% of your legally owed by law breaks

Are any of you familiar with cases won by workers regarding this? It's well known in the restaurant biz you don't get your legally owed breaks. And while I haven't worked in that industry for a few years, I may have to soon to make some extra money. I'm not going into this trying to sue but also I spent too many years working doubles without a break and I'm not going to do that shit moving forward. I realize that means I'll just get fired. But I'm curious if this group knows of any cases where workers have won/how late after leaving a job with no breaks can you file a claim? Over 5 years at this point but in the last 13 years, most of my time was as a waiter/bartender/busser (never got a single legally owed break if I worked the number of hours to get them.)
