Job is in NYC
We've been working remote for 2.5 years due to the Pandemic, and we go into the office on a “as needed basis.” Everyone has been consistent with getting the work done.
We are now being mandated to be in the office 2 days a week, regardless if we have any reason to actually be there.
Do I and my team members have any recourse? No one is happy about this, and Morale will be ruined if we are forced to be in.
