Is it O.K. for places to require the employees to find someone to take over their work while they're on vacation? My job expects us to, and if we can't, we're expected to work on vacation. I think that's dumb and taking a vacation is very difficult + stressful to plan. I don't want to ask already overworked people to take on more work for me!
