So, I just finished a job interview earlier for a position in the HR department and I'm pretty sure I aced it lol.
What bothers me, though, is the fact that they sent me an entire fcking online exam which I needed to pass as a pre-assessment. I know this is normal for other and I already sent my resume, filled-out their forms, and passed the interview.
BUT GODS, THE EXAM WAS DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE. LIKE SERIOUSLY?
The HR head emailed me multiple exams where I needed to answer and pass the form before the timer runs out. If I ran out of time, they wouldn't record my answers and consider the entire subject exam marked as 0.
I agreed.
But
What. The. Hell.
Who the fck gives an abstract reasoning exam with 60 items to be completed in 20mins?? The timer immediately ran the moment I entered the document and I was even asked to fill out my name and email for each exam!! (Because you can't proceed to the next page without filling it first)
The rest of the tests weren't any better. I had to answer a 40-item math exam with only 2mins and it wasn't even enough time for computation!!!
My question is:
Is this even normal???? Does everyone experience this whenever they apply for a job???
