Been working this “part time” job for the better part of 2 years overnights. It's “part time” even though I average 5-6 days a week although never breaking 40 hours with no benefits or sick days, we've have all of our management except for the head replaced in the last 2 months and my department halved and even had my supervisor left without the position being filled for 3 months. we were a team of 7 and now were down to 4 but we have the same work load with no telling when there will be a new hire, cant even call out because there isnt anyone to come in because no one wants a 6 day work week
At this point I'm the one to have been in my department the longest and still management does not effectively communicate with me or my team at all, like when they changed all of our schedules by cutting a half hour from all of us to also making us leave at different times without giving a reason. I'm just so tired of feeling like an after thought and like the longer I stay I'm just whittling down myself at this point.
Any thoughts?
