I am an engineer – ~20 years of experience. I was bullied by my colleague which caused me serious health issues – about 2 years back. Manager was unhelpful at that time and escalated the situation. He is a scheming, 2-faced “talker” that relies on my colleague.
I found another department that needed my skills and it was not an easy move – had to search for ~2 years. As I was settling into the new position I was put on a project that has my previous manager in a contributor role. Again – he just talks and for some reason he survives and manages without getting any work done. He is creating a lot of drama again in the new projects (managed by my dept.).
