Virginia Governor announces end to all telework arrangements – even those that were in place prior to the pandemic

Virginia governor took the power away from department directors to allow staffers to telework for some days during the week effective July 1. State employees have been allowed to telework for years before COVID – many agencies have decreased office space with the expectation that they will never go back to full capacity.
