Has anyone had illegal or possibly illegal experiences with Ross, Dress for Less in the last 3 years? Especially in California? There are legal complaints being filed that Ross has prevented employees from taking their paid 15 minute breaks on time, encouraged them not to take the breaks on time / or at all, or willfully allowed them to do so, which is a violation of the labor law in California and elsewhere. If you have any experiences or know of anything that Ross has done which could be illegal, please share! Workers should be treated with respect and fairness. Big companies like Ross shouldn't be able to get away with violating the legal rights of associates by relying on them being too scared to come forward.
