Hey guys,
I am working full time at a call center and lately we have been less busy (yay for me) but my team lead starting to see that and they want to put me in charge of other things so I do not have down time.
In my opinion, which could be wrong, even when I am not receiving call, I am working, because I am there, waiting for calls. Am I being delusional? Would love some feedback!
Edit : I should have maybe said that when I was hired at this position, to take calls only, at the time I was told down time was a thing and that it was ok.
