Usual days are lasting around 11-12 hours, forcing me to work through lunches and change my timesheet to add lunches so I work for free, pushing my overtime to the next week so I don't get paid time and a half, forcing me to leave my family for a week at a time, forcing late notice to work Saturdays has been very occurant.
I have been fed up with them for awhile, but the nail in the coffin was I was sick today, have only called in sick once before, still had sick time to use, and they made statements on the company platform insinuating I am faking illness, threatening termination, and ridiculing me. I just needed one day to recoup. Getting to the office way early, dropping off my things and giving a no notice goodbye. Nobody deserves this treatment.
