So for context I'm 17 (16 when I started) and this was my first job. I am in school and had an availability of not available on Sundays and not available before 5 pm.
Basically when I applied I used my summer hours not thinking that would be an issue. After school started I filled out 7 different availability forms. Telling multiple managers and my coach of the issue. Turns out the only hr lady we had (who was on vacation every 2 weeks) wasn't putting in those forms. So I basically had an understanding with my managers that every month we would go through and delete and points for no call no shows and tardies that weren't supposed to be there.
About 3 to 4 weeks ago the hr lady was fired and was replaced with an interim hr person. So when I went over my points for a Sunday that I wasn't supposed to go to anyway I was fired. No call. No conversation. Just woke up with my shifts removed and my account disabled. Bc no one bothered to tell hr about these issues. And I went to try to talk to her 2 separate times and she wasn't even there. And no one including managers have any contact info. I worked there for about 8 or 9 months. I put up with so much of their bullshit, just for them to not even tell me I'm fired.
