Want some of your thoughts on a proposal for my Micronations first act of Human Rights. 26 Points listed.

Article 1: Race, Sex, Religion, Age, Nationality, Political Beliefs, Education Status, Economic Background and Marital Status will under no instances make one person lesser than another. Article 2: All people have the right to live a full-long life in full liberty and safety from fears of tyranny, criminals and disease. Article 3: All forms of Slavery and Servitude are under all circumstances illegal. All work must be fairly paid or compensated for. Article 4: Torture and inhumane punishments are under all circumstances illegal. No human is authorised or can be seen as treating humans as fellows when they use inhumane punishments against another. Article 5: Every human must be seen as a human under all laws. Article 2: All people have the right to live a full-long life in full liberty and safety from fears of tyranny, criminals and disease.

Article 3: All forms of Slavery and Servitude are under all circumstances illegal. All work must be fairly paid or compensated for.

Article 4: Torture and inhumane punishments are under all circumstances illegal. No human is authorised or can be seen as treating humans as fellows when they use inhumane punishments against another.

Article 5: Every human must be seen as a human under all laws.

Article 6: No matter what penal offence a person is convicted of, they must be entitled to the same protections and defences.

Article 7: Every person, both free walking and inmate have the right to freely appeal and question punishments, imprisonments, greater law and political powers.

Article 8: False arrests, false detentions and exilement are all abolished. An arrest can only be made with enough credible evidence of a crime and no person may ever be held in custody whilst an investigation is being conducted. Exile from a nation is inhumane as borders are a man-made construct and as such the right to walk freely the Earth exists.

Article 9: Full and fair investigations and public trials with a council of unbiased jury determining the final outcome are essentials and must be used to keep the rights of humankind in order.

Article 10: All people have the right to be believed innocent until otherwise proven guilty.

Article 11: All people have the right to a private life and a reputation.

Article 12: Falsifying evidence and causing defamation of a person is strictly illegal as this takes away the rights of another.

Article 13: All people have the right to asylum.

Article 14: All people have the right to claim any nationality the prefer.

Article 15: All adults have the right to freely pursue marriage between them and any other number of adults.

Article 16: All people have the right to own property until they use that property to exploit others.

Article 17: All people have the right to pursue any opinion, religious, political or other freely of others.

Article 18: Use of slurs against any person no matter the circumstances outside of use in literature without any specific target group is forbidden.

Article 19: All people have the right to equal representation, vote and become a politician.

Article 20: All people have the right of social security in which a person is entitled to basic needs of shelter, food, water, healthcare and sanitation no matter their circumstances.

Article 21: All people have the right to form their own decisions and choices.

Article 22: All people have the right to equal labour within equal fields, no person shall work harder then the next without fair compensation and pay.

Article 23: All people have the right to rest and recuperate.

Article 24: All people have an equal right to pursue education.

Article 25: All people have the right to patent and claim copyright on their work and inventions.

Article 26: All people have the right to pursue any culture or traditions.
