Was anybody else fooled by a company by saying the schedule was 4 10’s?

I recently started a new job and I’m not complaining because I’ll take the money but a big part of me wanting to work there was the schedule but we end up working 12’s most days and they say well we can’t find more help rn and my coworkers say only if the pickers are really good and we are full staffed will we ever work a 10 hour shift lol but I still get my 3 day weekend but damn I have no life for 4 days
