Was fired from the most unprofessional job I’ve ever had for calling off with reasonable time last week

I called off 5 hours in advance on Friday because I’m going through a move, I literally have text messages from my department head saying that’s okay I hope everything goes well with the move. I worked Monday night into Tuesday morning as well as, yesterday night into this morning. They called me five minutes ago and said we are going to terminate you because of it that and because I had called off three weeks ago when I was sick which we had a meeting that they gave me a warning for that I refused to sign but still went in my file. She says turn in your shirts and your badge which I only received one uniform shirt from them and no badge even though I’ve been there going on three months.

It took them 5 weeks for me to receive my first paycheck, which I had to have an email war with them over.

They didn’t give me a method to clock into work until February 23 and I’d been there since January so I had to write down every time I clocked in and out.

The communication is non existent, after orientation we were told we would receive an email with our start date, never did so I had to call and call and didn’t receive any word until 5 days later and was told on the phone by the assistant director that they thought “I didn’t want the job” even though I fulfilled all the orientation requirements mind you orientation was 9am-4pm for two days.

I had to file a claim with the state department of labor and wages but they resolved my direct deposit before anything went down. The list goes on and on and I’m 30-15 minutes early every day.

Last Thursday I had to wait an additional two hours to be relieved to go home because half of day shift is consistently late. No one else at that job would’ve stayed 2 hours, as evidenced by the fact that when I spoke to them they said 30 minutes max is what they would’ve done. I emailed each of the department heads and asked them what’s the procedure if the following shift is late to this long, received no reply to that email yet, they were able to email
Me and ask to turn in a certificate of training which I completed online and emailed it to them
On Sunday they acknowledge they received it on Monday. Then turn around and let me a couple minutes ago.

This is healthcare industry for anyone wondering.

I know it’s an at will state but this is was not right and I’m
Unsure how I should go about reported this, and this is like only half of the issues, I’ve only been there since January.
