Vent. My company has been completely mismanaged and absolutely no communication. When in a meeting today that could have been an email, my coworker and I asked similar questions – what are these changes, I don’t understand what my role is here, can you clarify xyz, etc. – and the VP said, “what I think is you should have some chamomile tea and do some yoga” to which I said “great idea for stress relief but it doesn’t help me do my job”. And his response? “Oh come on we’re all having fun here.”
