During our preshift today our manager came in and went on a rant about our attendance policy. We can only call out once a quarter, anymore than that would lead to a step in discipline. He said it was a “no fault” policy and it didn’t matter the excuse. Doctor notes don’t matter. Someone asked what if we get the flu? He said That’s fine, but if you call in again you will get a write up, it doesn’t matter if your leg is cut of, you will come back to work with a write up”
