Really annoyed. I was told multiple times that my worksite (I’m a subcontractor) would be shut down over the holidays until after New Year’s. I was then informed today that they would be working and are expecting me to be there. Having a break during this time in my industry is normal; I rely on it every year. I’ve been working overtime and doing hellish commutes for some months now. Feeling burnt out and resentful at this point.
