But that isn’t going to stop me from pressing on.
I worked at my last job over 8 years and was working on my side hustle to grow my business before clocking out one last time, but ended up having my last day in October last year.
I have a lot of respect for many of the members in this community and can’t believe the constant stories of shitty bosses and managers. But I understand how it can be though and feel lucky that most of my work experience had been in places with good unions that shielded us from really shitty management.
I just wanted to put it out there to the people who know they are good workers and don’t like their jobs/bosses/co-workers: You can do it. You got this.
I took a lot of training and am now a business coach. I get to be my own boss, make a difference in people’s lives, and have a good community to support me. I just got to the spot where I’m looking to grow even more and would love to have some people in this community who want to be their own boss join me.
