title pretty much says it. i was in shock. i asked multiple times if it was performance, attitude, numbers and he kept insisting “exit interviews are done over the phone. we can speak in a few days, sorry.”
i pointed out that the exit interview is as much for the company as for me and that he was asking more of me as i would no longer work for him.
should i take the call? i'm really curious but i also dont want to take time out of my day to get told something bad about myself or some made up excuse. any advice?
on the other hand i feel relieved to not work there which tells me i shouldnt have been there.
