Watching this old kid’s cartoon with my nephew that promotes overworking

So the general plot line is that a character gets called in on his day job for a simple task that can be completed in no time at all, naturally more tasks come up which annoys him as it's his day off. Eventually he finally gets to return home, sits down and puts his feet up, then realises he's bored and returns straight back to work.
