Our water cut out at lunchtime today so our bathrooms are out of service. No announcement was made; just a handwritten sign on the bathroom door. I've already reported it to osha. What I want to know is am I within my rights to just leave? I know they're violating regulations so would I have a wrongful termination suit if I were fired for leaving? Don't handle confrontation well, so I'd like some more info before I do anything.
