I work at a local natural grocery store. I have years of Grocery experience before I started working for this company. I started at a different store and quickly made it into a lead position but had to move stores for the position. The store director here is the worst store director I’ve ever worked for. No one likes him, no one respects him. I’ve had it with his shit, the way he treats me and other employees. I want to know if there are subtle things I can do to piss him off (in a perfect world these would be things that also highlight that he has no clue how the store operates) but that can’t get me fired? Publicly embarrassing him in front of the whole company/getting him fired would be me #1 goal.
