We are conditioned to always work.

So I work 2 jobs, one at a gym and one at a grocery store. I love the gym so it doesn’t feel like a job to me, it’s like getting paid to have fun, but still putting in all those hours at both jobs is tough. I was recently made full time at both places and I was scratching my head about how to manager my time. When would I sleep, when would I eat, when could I have time for anything. Last night I called off cause I was tired from a trip and I felt bad for not going to work (grocery store). So after I called out I was resting and talking to my cousin when I get a phone call from them 3 hours after my shift. I was going to answer when my cousin told me “do not answer that.” I felt so bad…

Im in my early 20s and I’m already trying to work myself to death. Something needs to change.
