All of us have come together and forcing these companies to to treat us fairly I have seen ever since the mass layoffs during Covid how quickly companies will through us in the trash. And 99% have realized and came together. From my personal experience I have seen the difference already. Now most jobs are starting at 15$ and making changes to work life balance because they now know our generation will not be taking advantage of we must keep pushing look how far we have come in such a short time. We the workers are the ones who keep the companies running on a day to day basis. Now that we have put our foot down they are caving in. That means for years and years we could have been where we are now. This isn’t far enough though we must keep moving because once we stop they will not provide more for years to come so we have to get as much as we can. While we have the advantage!
