“We are not understaffed – The area has been assigned two workers”

When ever you hear this it’s like…. yep, time to gtfo. In a nutshell, 3 workers in area, one goes on leave for two weeks, management don’t provide a rotating casual that they could easily do – a Hell Week ensues, the young casual I was working with cracks under the pressure two days in, and starts whining about me to office workers for taking my breaks by day 4. On day 5 he does not speak to me all day (he’s in a restrained blind rage). On day 5 I’m having to knock back three seperate office workers demanding I add their tasks to what I was already doing, which was something that needed to be done. For the second Hell Week – I got a Drs Note on first day – Sick and off work all week! Lol I’ll be giving notice of immediate resignation Monday Morning -…

Corporate gaslighting. They can keep it.

Lol.
