Out of no where we got word from our land lord that our lease is not renewing. We have 3 months left.
It took everything we had plus a miracle to get to this rental in the first place. We have ALREADY BEEN STRUGGLING. Rice and beans have been a staple in our diet.
We do not have enough to move anywhere…. EVERYTHING IS STARTING AT LEAST $300 MORE A MONTH. I mean what the literally fuck. I’m 31 years old and the system has always felt like it worked against me just trying to get a rental let alone buy a home. ( never gonna happen )
I’m so sick of it all.
I cannot believe the work we do still is not enough to rent somewhere.
My wife’s job is so demanding and I just cannot believe this is how it ends with us going homeless.
