State employee working on a college campus. We are watched on cctv, security and by college instructors. If someone isn't seen working , a call is placed to our supervisor, and that employee is called out on the walkie-talkie. We have to be outside in all weather conditions while being paid the lowest. We feel like we are court ordered community service and are getting real sick of it all.
