“We need more people on overtime, but also our overtime numbers are too high.”

Sitting here in a leadership meeting and can’t help but to roll my eyes at this. They start by talking about making sure everyone who wants to work overtime has the opportunity to do so. Then go on to complain about how their total overtime hours are going up and there’s too much premium pay coming out of the budget. This place is a serious joke. They want all the extra work out of the employees they can get, but God for it they have to actually PAY for it…
