Just got done interviewing with a company offering $5k above market rate for my position. Somewhere in the tail end of the interview they let me know that they don’t provide free parking and that the best option is to pay $15 a day at the parking lot across the street IF you get in before 8am… The job is 9 to 5… I asked what the situation was after 8am… they said “usually around $25.”
So I’m expected to shell out $3k-$6k a year for parking! Gonna try to negotiate that increase otherwise, I’ll be taking my talents elsewhere.
