The biggest thing that's been making the world turn is supply and demand.
So why don't we all just stop for a second and stop the demand?
There's parts of the earth where people just do nothing.
I mean this.
I've heard these people are chewed out for not supporting the economy.
But seriously would it be hard for all of us to just…
Start walking to work if we can, stop paying for service subscriptions, stop buying things but bare minimum necessity and put the strain on all buisness at once?
I know it's impossible because the people next to you if this did work would go nuts over a sale.
Or even then we want things to slow down just stop buying and doing things certain days.
I'm pretty sure if Sunday all over the world no one bought a thing for a few months they'd call it a bust and not worth operating. We had a vote in my country which case even with the immense words of no from every citizen they decided to stop calling Sunday God's day and open up all buisness for profit.
Just imagine if nobody bought things Thursday through Sunday everything would suffer so much they'd just shut down during those days simply because they can't afford to operate?
Same thing with the economy, if we just stopped consuming so much we'd have control again instead of letting person A over person B having an opinion of what they want to do?
Seriously if we all just went home ate only what we had to, to survive and played hangman on sheets of paper every night or just talked like sitting around a campfire for one year, discounted from internet, cell phones and all these services. They would literally be forced to slash prices to survive.
Take a minute to think about how inflation would sky rocket and not be able to sustain in this “free market”.
When we have people showing up to Walmart at 2 in the morning banging on the doors wondering why there not open then there is something wrong with society. (Seen this camping out for console release years ago).
This is just discussion not telling people what to do. Everyone will do what they want despite it and pay it despite it. Why else would they not drop pandemic prices even after stock and value drops for the company to buy? Because you pay.
We should be bringing death to the industry because they can't survive without us.
Again there's an enormous amount of people who just go to work go home and lay down look at 4 walls, sleep, eat the bare minimum and don't buy a thing. Their damaging their economy so much it's not funny. Its a passive thing we should all consider doing especially to places that don't treat workers right and keep raising prices.
Inflation will have to hit a breaking point at some point. And we should all learn to consume less products, service and just live in the moment away from a world designed to subliminally make you buy and advertise to you.
I mean your phones listening to you to advertise to you. They are price discriminating to hit sales targets.
And they will do whatever it takes to make a dollar.
It sucks to think diminishing our quality of life and supply and demand is the only way to hit them where it hurts. But their hitting us where it hurts, and even the regular public is doing it by buying entire stocks to scalp to be just like them.
At what point will it end?
