After completing phone interviews with HR and the hiring manager they had me come in and go 1 on 1 with 6 people for a half hour each. By the end I was so tired of repeating the same responses and regurgitating my resume to them. Why couldn't they schedule a time when they were all available to meet with me at once? Is this some new tactic to test people's composure?
