The reason why I stayed with my company so long was because I’m disabled and a lot of work places aren’t accommodating. It was when my boss sat in the office for 4 hours, observing us and blasting music on our phones just to yell at us when we weren’t given proper information and then refusing to answer questions I had that I realized it’s time to move on. It’s been fun but I’m going to try and find some accommodating positions in a work environment where I’m not berated for not being properly trained. 15$ an hour isn’t good enough for this shit.
