Went in for a job interview, and there were red flags galore

So this business called me for an interview for an administrative assistant position a few days ago, and told me there was 3 open time slots (515pm 530pm, 545pm) that my interview could be done at. I chose 515, and I arrive 15 mins early. There was only one other applicant at the same time I arrived, no big deal I thought. Only things are, they brought her in first for my time slot, and it appeared that the manager(?) was talking to the recruiter in the recruiters office for over 20 minutes or so before any of us were seen. The other applicant and I were discussing the position, and this is what I found out from them… the ad for this position was up on indeed for the last 2.5 months, recurring they told me to, “get everything in writing” from these guys the ad for the position…

  • the ad for this position was up on indeed for the last 2.5 months, recurring

  • they told me to, “get everything in writing” from these guys

  • the ad for the position said full time, but it didn’t say how many hours are they pushing for full time (ie the standard 30-40hrs per week, or 50-60+)

I just walked out of it (544pm EST as of writing), and the feels I got from the whole experience were not on, I felt like.
