Went to the ER from work and all boss texts is to ask if I’m coming in for tomorrow’s shift

I felt very dizzy suddenly and checked my heart-rate, saw that it was at 205 BPM. I sat down for a second, but after several minutes it never went below 185 BPM. Called my wife (who's a paramedic) and immediately went to the ER/Urgent Care next door. On the way out, I told my manager what my heart rate was and where I was going. She barely responded with an “OK” as I walked out and left. Long story short, my heart rate eventually went down but they're having a cardiologist call to set up an appointment and on my discharge sheet it states I've been diagnosed with atrial flutter. The only text I get from my manager is an “Let me know if you're able to come tomorrow”. No asking if I'm okay or any updates, no concern at all for my well-being, especially considering this happened…

I hate this fucking place.
