“We’re going to have a critical in-person meeting, if you don’t come in, you don’t get to see it!”

They have been asked to record it, but they don't want to reward people who “refuse to be team players.” I've got a legal disability and work accommodations for it, so now I have asked for a recording; I am physically unable to come in for this meeting. However, I have been told, “You're never here.” Like I chose to be disabled to spite them. And don't do my job. So, everyone has to come in, (even though we don't have enough desks), for a “critical meeting” that will be done on Zoom in different rooms (but the link is not being shared so you have to be in one of them at the office)… Tbh, I'm picturing Ryan's virtual launch party on The Office. All employees are Michael. Don't worry though, there's going to be donuts and… popcorn! Never mind, I'm sold. /s
