I just wanted to share my experience. I found a fully remote job in customer service with a company that has pretty good benefits and is super chill. No monitoring or anything, no micromanaging, no wage and hour violations.
I don't make as much as I did in a previous line of work, but its decent, especially considering the amount of effort required from me.
I just wanted to say don't stop looking. This had to be the hundredth app I put in after quickly quitting a long string of subpar employers. One year I had 12 w2s.
Don't be afraid to stand up for yourselves.
