Wfh with VPN remote access question:

I have to sign into a VPN and remote into a desktop that sits at my office. Far too often I require a person who is not working from home reboot my office desktop while I sit at home and wait. Does anyone know a solution to this? I know office colleagues are tired of getting up and helping the few of us who WFH. I already understand how unfair it is that my team works remote while other in the department must remain in the office. What I would like is a solution that could prevent the sour grapes from turning rancid. What can I, or my company do to prevent in office colleagues from having to reboot our systems? I do not want to lose this WFH opportunity
